This admission item is for you if your company is a registered exhibitor and you want to add additional All Access Passes to attend all sessions, both in-person and virtual, including Keynote Events, lunches and after-hours events. This pass will also include access to the Virtual Attendee Hub, allowing the registrant to watch recorded sessions from the event as well as bi-weekly sessions throughout the year. Student Pass

The Alaska Forum Student Pass is a discounted All Access Pass for full-time, Alaska based grade school and college students to attend the conference in-person. Registrants must be a full-time student based in Alaska, with proof of student enrollment or involvement in Alaska Forum's youth track. Registrations for the Student Pass are subject to approval by Alaska Forum staff.

Virtual

Alaska Forum Virtual Access Pass

Can’t be in Anchorage Feb. 2-6? Select this registration option and have access to participate in live streamed sessions, featuring two live streamed sessions per time slot throughout the day plus select keynote events, and have access to all sessions*, that will be recorded throughout the event. All in-person sessions, with a few exceptions, will be recorded and available the week after event for all virtual attendees. This registration is for one individual and includes access the Virtual Attendee Hub and to all AF2026 bi-weekly sessions throughout the year.

*Please note, there will be a select few technical sessions that will not be recorded due to the format of the in-person session.

You may purchase extra full conference passes (includes sessions, lunches, and online access) at a discounted rate of $450 using the code EXHIBITORPASS during the In-Person Conference Registration process.

Exhibitor registration is first come, first serve until exhibitor booths are sold out. All exhibitor booth staff members must be registered to attend. You will receive an email to provide booth staff names and email addresses in January 2026. 

An additional $100 will be added upon checkout if you select a third floor booth.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations, including exhibitors and ancillary meetings, are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations will be accepted until January 2, 2026, for a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable service fee. No cancellations will be accepted after January 2, 2026 and no refunds will be issued past that date. Registrations processed after January 2, 2026, will not be considered for cancellation or refunds. The Alaska Forum reserves the right to refuse services to and/or remove anyone deemed to pose a health and/or safety risk to the event, staff, and/or participants, whether in-person or online.


Exhibitor booth payments are due at or within 30 days of registration. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation. If payment is not received by January 2, 2026, the booth reservation will be cancelled and the space will be made available to other exhibitors.

Payment Policy
Registration must be paid in full prior to attending AF2026. Payment for all registration options can be made online, by phone, by mail, or in-person at conference check-in. Check payments should be made payable to the Alaska Forum and mailed to PO Box. 212409 Anchorage, AK 99521-2409. If payment has not received prior to or upon checking into AF2026, or in a case where prior arrangements have not been made, registrants may not be able to attend the conference until payment is received.
