As Alaska’s largest cross-sector gathering of professionals, organizations, and community members, the Alaska Forum provides a unique opportunity for businesses, government agencies, Tribal organizations, nonprofits, and other organizations to connect with attendees from across the state. AF2027 exhibitors will engage face-to-face with conference participants during five days at the Dena’ina Center.

As an exhibitor, you can expect to reach as many as 1,400 individuals from across Alaska to share information and provide training on important issues facing Alaska.

Exhibitor Services
Additional Wi-Fi, electricity, furnishings, equipment, shipping/handling, and other available booth services may be purchased separately through Alaska Event Services. Neither Alaska Forum nor the Dena’ina Center will accept advance exhibitor shipments.

Exhibitor payments are due at registration or within 30 days, with all outstanding balances due January 1, 2027. Beginning January 2, 2027, exhibitor registrations are non-refundable. Confirm teardown times before publishing.

Cancellation Policy
All Alaska Forum registrations, including exhibitor registrations, are subject to the following cancellation policy.

Cancellations received on or before January 1, 2027 are eligible for a refund, less a $50 non-refundable service fee. Beginning January 2, 2027, all registrations are non-refundable, and cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Registrations completed on or after January 2, 2027 are also non-refundable.

The Alaska Forum reserves the right to refuse service to or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed to pose a health or safety risk to event participants, speakers, exhibitors, or staff.

Exhibitor Registrations: Exhibitor payments are due at the time of registration or within 30 days of registration. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the exhibitor registration and release of the reserved booth space. All outstanding exhibitor balances must be paid in full by January 1, 2027.

Payment Policy
All AF2027 registrations must be paid in full prior to attending the conference, unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by Alaska Forum.

Exhibitor payments are due at the time of registration or within 30 days of registration. All outstanding exhibitor balances must be paid in full by January 1, 2027. Unpaid exhibitor registrations may be cancelled and the reserved booth space made available to another organization.

Payment for registration may be made online, by phone, by mail, or at conference check-in. Checks should be made payable to Alaska Forum and mailed to:

Registrants with an outstanding balance at the time of conference check-in may be required to submit payment before receiving conference credentials or attending conference programming, unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Alaska Forum.

Alaska Forum Exhibitor Rules and Regulations Governing Use of Space by Exhibitors

  1. Compliance with Legal Requirements Exhibitors and their employees and representatives must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as Dena’ina Center rules and regulations.
  2. Drawings and Giveaways Exhibitors wishing to hold drawings, giveaways, or similar promotions must notify Alaska Forum in writing at least 30 days prior to the conference. All activities must comply with applicable laws and Dena’ina Center policies.
  3. Liability and Indemnification Alaska Forum, sponsoring organizations, and the Dena’ina Center shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person, exhibit, business, or property related to the exhibition. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless these parties against claims, liabilities, and legal expenses resulting from the Exhibitor's actions or omissions.
  4. Prohibited Items and Conduct Exhibitors may not bring into the exhibit area any goods, equipment, or materials that are dangerous, unlawful, disruptive, or could cause injury, fire, or property damage.
  5. Sales Restrictions Exhibitors may not sell goods or services from their booth without prior approval from Alaska Forum.
  6. Display Approval Alaska Forum reserves the right to prohibit or require modification of displays, activities, or materials that are unsafe, disruptive, or not appropriate for the conference.
  7. Event Cancellation If circumstances beyond Alaska Forum's control prevent the exhibition from taking place, Alaska Forum may cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify the event. If the exhibition is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, the Exhibitor's remedy will be limited to a refund of exhibitor registration fees paid to Alaska Forum.
  8. Exhibit Arrangement Exhibitors may arrange displays within their assigned booth space. All displays, materials, signage, and activities must remain within the assigned space and may not obstruct aisles, exits, or neighboring booths.
  9. Exhibit Care and Safety Exhibitors are responsible for the care, safety, and security of their exhibits and must take reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury.
  10. Insurance Requirements Exhibitors must maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and workers' compensation coverage when required by law.
  11. Exhibit Breakdown and Clean-Up Exhibitors must follow designated setup and move-out times. Exhibits may not be removed before the scheduled breakdown period without approval. Exhibitors must leave their booth space clean and free of materials and rubbish. Additional cleanup fees may apply.
  12. Assignment or Subletting Prohibited Exhibitors may not assign, transfer, share, or sublet booth space without prior approval from Alaska Forum.
  13. Restrictions on Installations Exhibit materials may not be attached or installed on Dena’ina Center walls or other facility surfaces unless permitted by the facility. Exhibitors are responsible for damage caused by their exhibit or representatives.
  14. Exhibitor Registration and Payment Exhibitor participation is confirmed upon acceptance of registration by Alaska Forum. Payments are due at the time of registration or within 30 days. All outstanding exhibitor balances must be paid by January 1, 2027. Unpaid booth reservations may be cancelled and released to another exhibitor.
  15. Exhibitor Staff and Conference Access All booth staff must be registered prior to the conference. The base Exhibitor Conference Registration includes up to five (5) Exhibitor Booth Staff and one (1) Full Conference Registration. The Full Conference Registration may be shared among registered booth staff, allowing one person at a time to attend conference sessions, Keynote Events, lunches, networking opportunities, and after-hours events.

Booth Staff registration alone provides access to the exhibit area. Additional Full Conference Registrations and booth staff may be added through available Exhibitor Registration Add-Ons.

  1. Booth Selection and Assignment Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to Alaska Forum approval. A $100 additional fee applies to third-floor booth selections. Alaska Forum reserves the right to adjust booth locations or the floor plan when necessary and may refuse exhibitors that are not appropriate for the conference.
  2. Shipping and Additional Services Shipping, drayage, Wi-Fi, electricity, furnishings, equipment, and other additional booth services may be purchased separately through Alaska Event Services. Neither Alaska Forum nor the Dena’ina Center will accept advance exhibitor shipments. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping, handling, and additional service costs.
  3. Security and Exhibit Hall Access Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their exhibits, equipment, merchandise, and personal property. Alaska Forum and the Dena’ina Center are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. Access to the exhibit area outside designated hours may be restricted.
  4. Acceptance of Rules By submitting an Exhibitor Conference Registration, the Exhibitor agrees to these Rules and Regulations and all applicable AF2027 payment and cancellation policies. Alaska Forum reserves the right to enforce these rules and make reasonable changes when necessary for the safe and successful operation of the conference.
