The 28th Annual Alaska Forum returns February 1-5, 2027, at the Dena’ina Center in Anchorage, Alaska. AF2027 will be a fully in-person conference, with registration options for full-conference attendees, presenters and moderators, exhibitors, students, and attendees joining for select days.

A flexible option for AF2027 presenters and moderators! This discounted registration includes admission to the Alaska Forum fortwo days of your choice, Monday through Friday, including conference sessions, Keynote Events, lunches, networking opportunities, and after-hours events taking place on the days selected.
This registration option is available to confirmed AF2027 Presenters and Moderators only.
Student Pass
$50
This discounted registration is available to full-time Alaska-based K-12 and undergraduate college students. Proof of current student enrollment may be required, and registrations are subject to approval by Alaska Forum staff. Educators or student groups may contact Alaska Forum about complimentary student group registration opportunities, and students may request assistance with the $50 registration fee.

- Exhibit Space - Includes your organization’s exhibit booth throughout the Alaska Forum. An additional $100 fee applies to third-floor booth selections.
Exhibitor Add-On 1

- Includes one (1) additional Full Conference Registration and up to five (5) additional Exhibitor Booth Staff. With this add-on, the organization will have a total of two (2) Full Conference Registrations and up to ten (10) Exhibitor Booth Staff.
Exhibitor Add-On 2

- Add 2 Full Conference Registrations + 10 Booth Staff
- Includes two (2) additional Full Conference Registrations and up to ten (10) additional Exhibitor Booth Staff. With this add-on, the organization will have a total of three (3) Full Conference Registrations and up to fifteen (15) Exhibitor Booth Staff.
Individual booth staff names and email addresses will be collected in January 2027.
Exhibitor Services
Additional Wi-Fi, electricity, furnishings, equipment, shipping/handling, and other available booth services may be purchased separately through Alaska Event Services. Neither Alaska Forum nor the Dena’ina Center will accept advance exhibitor shipments.
Exhibitor payments are due at registration or within 30 days, with all outstanding balances due January 1, 2027. Beginning January 2, 2027, exhibitor registrations are non-refundable. Confirm teardown times before publishing.
Cancellation Policy
All Alaska Forum registrations, including exhibitor registrations, are subject to the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations received on or before January 1, 2027 are eligible for a refund, less a $50 non-refundable service fee. Beginning January 2, 2027, all registrations are non-refundable, and cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Registrations completed on or after January 2, 2027 are also non-refundable.
The Alaska Forum reserves the right to refuse service to or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed to pose a health or safety risk to event participants, speakers, exhibitors, or staff.
Exhibitor Registrations: Exhibitor payments are due at the time of registration or within 30 days of registration. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the exhibitor registration and release of the reserved booth space. All outstanding exhibitor balances must be paid in full by January 1, 2027.
Payment Policy
All AF2027 registrations must be paid in full prior to attending the conference, unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by Alaska Forum.
Exhibitor payments are due at the time of registration or within 30 days of registration. All outstanding exhibitor balances must be paid in full by January 1, 2027. Unpaid exhibitor registrations may be cancelled and the reserved booth space made available to another organization.
Payment for registration may be made online, by phone, by mail, or at conference check-in. Checks should be made payable to Alaska Forum and mailed to:

Registrants with an outstanding balance at the time of conference check-in may be required to submit payment before receiving conference credentials or attending conference programming, unless prior payment arrangements have been made with Alaska Forum.
