Alaska's premier environmental conference is back again in 2024 featuring a hybrid event Feb. 5-9, 2024 at the Dena’ina Center in Anchorage, Alaska and online in AFE's Virtual Attendee Hub. 

For the second year in a row, AFE will offer both in-person and virtual attendance options for both attendees and exhibitors! Watch sessions live in-person, catch up on recorded sessions that you missed in the Virtual Attendee Hub later on, visit exhibitors in-person and virtually and stay connected with AFE all year long.

AFE Two-Day Pass

AFE Student Pass

The AFE Student Pass is a free All Access AFE Pass for full-time, Alaska based grade school and college students to attend the conference in-person. Registrants must be a full-time student based in Alaska with an interest in environmental work, with proof of student enrollment or involvement in AFE's youth track. Registrations for the AFE Student Pass are subject to approval by AFE staff.

This admission item is for you if your company is a registered exhibitor and you want to add additional AFE All Access Passes to attend all sessions, both in-person and virtual, including Keynote Events, lunches and after hours events. This pass will also include access to AFE's Virtual Attendee Hub, allowing the registrant to watch recorded sessions from AFE as well as bi-weekly sessions throughout the year. AFE Virtual Access Pass

Can’t be in Anchorage Feb. 5-9? Select this registration option and have access to participate in live streamed sessions, featuring two live streamed sessions per time slot throughout the day plus select keynote events, and have access to all sessions that will be recorded throughout the event. All in-person sessions will be recorded and available the week after AFE for all virtual attendees. This registration is for an individual registration and includes access the Virtual Attendee Hub and to all AFE bi-weekly sessions throughout 2024.

Exhibitor Package One

Exhibitor Package Three

11-15 Booth Staff Members

Exhibitor Booth Package Three includes three in-person conference pass (lunch, all AFE sessions, after hours events and online access) for three people and up to 12 additional passes for exhibitor staff to work the booth. The in-person conference passes can be shared among all exhibitor staff.

Additional conferences passes (to include lunches, sessions and online access) can be purchased at a discounted rate of $300 using discount code EXHIBITORPASS through the AFE In-Person Conference Registration Path.


Exhibitor registration is first come, first serve until exhibitor booths are sold out.  This registration path will allow you to register booth staff along with your exhibitor booth registration. All exhibitor booth staff members must be registered to attend. You can modify your registration to include booth staff names at a later date or contact us at [email protected].

All exhibitor staff must be registered for AFE, even exhibitor staff utilizing a rotating pass.


Third floor booths will be an additional $100 upon checkout.

 

Cancellation Policy
All registrations, including exhibitors, are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations will be accepted until January 6, 2024 for a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable service fee. No cancellations will be accepted after January 5, 2024. Registrations processed after January 5, 2024 will not be considered for cancellation.

The Alaska Forum reserves the right to refuse services to and/or remove anyone deemed to pose a health and/or safety risk to the event, staff, and/or participants, whether in-person or online.

Payment Policy
Registration must be paid in full prior to attending AFE 2024. Payment for all registration options can be made online, by phone, by mail, or in-person at conference check-in. Check payments should be made payable to the Alaska Forum and mailed to PO Box. 212409 Anchorage, AK 99521-2409. If payment has not received prior to or upon checking into AFE 2024, or in a case where prior arrangements have not been made, registrants may not be able to attend the conference until payment is received.
