The Alaska Forum on the Environment will be back in 2023 celebrating its 25th year!

This year's conference will feature a hybrid event Feb. 6-10 at the Dena’ina Center in Anchorage, AK and online in AFE's Virtual Attendee Hub. With in-person and virtual attendance options for both attendees and exhibitors, AFE will be better than ever. Attendees can watch live sessions  in-person or virtually, catch up on recorded sessions that were missed later on in the Virtual Attendee Hub, visit exhibitors in-person or virtually and stay connected with AFE all year long.

The AFE Student Pass is a free All Access AFE Registration for students. Registrants must be a full-time student with an interest in environmental work, with proof of student enrollment or involvement in AFE's youth track. Registrations for the AFE Student Pass are subject to approval.

This admission item is for you or your company is a registered exhibitor and want to add additional AFE All Access Passes for an additional exhibitor booth staff member to attend all sessions, both in-person and virtual, including Keynote Events, lunches and after hours events. This pass will also include access to AFE's Virtual Attendee Hub, allowing the registrant to watch recorded sessions from AFE as well as bi-weekly sessions throughout the year. This pass must be assigned to a single staff member and is not shareable or transferable.

Can’t be in Anchorage Feb. 6-10? Select this registration option and have access to participate in live streamed sessions, featuring at least one per time slot throughout the day, and have access to all sessions that will be recorded throughout the event. This registration is for an individual registration and includes access the Virtual Attendee Hub and to all AFE bi-weekly sessions throughout 2023.

All registration options are based off of individual registrations. If your organization is interested in a group rate for five or more attendees per organization for either the in-person or virtual event or you don't see a registration type that works for you, contact Amy Penney.

 

 

RegistratioN INFORMATION

Payment Policy 
Registration must be paid in full prior to attending AFE 2023. Payment for all registration options can be made online, by phone, by mail, or in-person at conference check-in. Check payments should be made payable to the Alaska Forum and mailed to PO Box. 212409 Anchorage, AK 99521-2409. If payment has not received prior to or upon checking into AFE 2023, or in a case where prior arrangements have not been made, registrants may not be able to attend the conference until payment is received. 

Covid-19 Mitigation Policy
The Alaska Forum takes the health of attendees and staff seriously. Attendees or staff members who have tested positive for Covid-19 within ten days prior to the start of the Alaska Forum on the Environment 2023 conference are not permitted to attend the event. If an attendee or staff member is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, they are not permitted to attend AFE until they have a tested negative Covid-19. AFE will have a small supply of Covid-19 tests available onsite for attendees or staff members who begin to experience symptoms during the event. AFE will also have face masks available to attendees who wish to wear them. 

The Alaska Forum encourages all attendees and staff members to take Covid-19 precautions prior to and while attending AFE 2023 to include at-home testing prior to attending, regular hand washing, mask wearing and distancing when able. If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and are no longer able to attend AFE 2023 in-person, contact us to modify your registration to a Virtual Access Pass. 

Cancellation Policy

All registrations, including exhibitors, are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations will be accepted until January 6, 2023 for a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable service fee. No cancellations will be accepted after January 6, 2023. Registrations processed after January 6, 2023 will not be considered for cancellation. 
 
The Alaska Forum reserves the right to refuse services to and/or remove anyone deemed to pose a health and/or safety risk to the event, staff, and/or participants, whether in-person or online.
